Third Quarter Net sales for the quarter amounted to SEK 2,139m (2,772), corresponding to a decrease of 22.8 percent. Adjusted for exchange rate fluctuations, sales declined 29.4 percent. Tredje kvartalet Nettoomsättning för kvartalet uppgick till 2 139 Mkr (2 772) vilket motsvarar en minskning med 22,8 procent. Justerat för valutakursförändringar minskade försäljningen med 29,4 procent. Rörelseresultat uppgick till 193 Mkr (670), vilket motsvarar en marginal om 9,0 procent (24,2). Nettoresultat uppgick till 137 Mkr (516). Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten var 543 Mkr

Clarification of the previously communicated impact from the current market situation in the bicycle industry
On September 11, 2022, Thule Group gave a trading update on the negative impact of the current market situation in bike retail. High inventory levels of bicycles and bicycle accessories at retailers in Europe as well as North America were expected to negatively impact Thule Group’s sales and profitability until the next bike season, spring 2023.

Nomination committee appointed ahead of 2023 Annual General Meeting of Thule Group (publ)
In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting, Thule Group´s nomination committee shall consist of the four largest shareholders as of August 31 each year and the Chairman of the Board, who also convenes the first meeting of the Nomination Committee. Thule Group hereby announces that the nomination committee has now been appointed ahead of the Annual General Meeting in April 2023.
