We are Vero.
Vero has extensive experience in strategic communication consulting. Our assignments are often comprehensive, long-term and require close customer relationships. Examples are ongoing advisory in IR, IPOs, company acquisitions and other transactions in which the quality of communication, both internally and externally, is crucial to success. Sometimes the projects are shorter – such as in crises, sudden events or when someone just needs a sounding board.

With many years of experience, I am an experienced communications advisor who enjoys both leading and being part of the team. I like to help shape a clear communication strategy and ensure that we stick to it, but I also have a keen eye for details. I believe in trust, teamwork, and transparency. As a consultant, I have led many IPOs, handled crises, and guided organizations through various forms of change. I am confident as a writer and at my best when it matters the most.

I have a background in economics and law from Stockholm University and a degree in communication. But most of what I have learned comes from demanding projects and good relationships. I am CEO, senior advisor, and co-founder of Vero.​

With broad experience in financial communications, I support companies in their ongoing investor relations activities as well as in IPO processes and transactions. I play a central role in developing IR strategies and strengthening the dialogue between companies, shareholders and the capital markets. My approach is solution-oriented, and I am convinced that a combination of transparency, clarity and decisiveness creates the best conditions for building long-term trust.

I joined Vero in 2021 and hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.

Jag arbetar med att stötta bolag i deras IR- och corporate communications – från strategi och projektledning till artikelskrivande och storytelling. Jag brinner för att skapa kommunikation som är både tydlig och trovärdig, men som också engagerar och gör skillnad. Jag är en del av Vero sedan 2022. Innan dess praktiserade jag på Ica Gruppens Corporate avdelning för Communications.​ ​

To me, communication is about creating long-term value. This should be grounded in strategic thinking, attention to details and a genuine commitment to the people behind the messages. As an advisor and project manager, I primarily work with listed companies and bring experience from roles with with responsibility for market and communications at a Large Cap company, as Interim Head of Investor Relations at a Mid Cap company, as well as from IPO processes. Alongside my client work, I serve as Operational Lead at Vero, where I help drive the agency forward and ensure that we continue to evolve and stay relevant in a rapidly changing environment.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication Studies, with a focus on Strategic Communication and Rhetoric, from Uppsala University, and have been with Vero since January 2020.

With a wide-range, depth and three decades of experience in strategic communication, I advise senior executives at listed companies, often in long-term and close partnerships. A strong understanding of both the company’s perspective and the expectations of the market forms the foundation of my advisory work, as does solid expertise in the regulatory frameworks that shape financial communications. Finding the right combination of message, format, channel and timing has always been a key driving force for me – whether supporting a smaller company on its path to listing or an international Large Cap company.

I have been part of Vero since 2004, where I am also one of the partners. Prior to joining Vero, I primarily worked with investor relations at CitigateGramma and with communications at the Ministry of Education. I hold a university degree in Communication and Business Administration from Jönköping University and Stockholm University.

I am a strategic communicator who believes that the big things are often found in the small details, and that long-term relationships are the foundation of everything. That perspective is also deeply embedded in Vero’s culture. Since August 2023, I have been working at Vero as an advisor, writer and project manager, supporting a range of companies in both listed and private environments. I am also involved in projects related to brand development and digital communication.

With one foot in strategy and the other in creativity, I take on assignments that require both structure and fresh thinking – always with the business, the audience and the relationship in focus. I help companies build stronger brands, clarify their messaging and develop long-term, effective communication strategies.

I hold a Master’s degree in Management of Creative Business Processes from Copenhagen Business School and have studied copywriting at Berghs School of Communication.

For me, communication is ultimately about relationships – and about shaping messages so they truly resonate with the receiver. As an advisor within both investor relations and sustainability communications, I strongly believe that long-term value creation and sustainability go hand in hand, and that how you communicate can make a real difference in building trust and engagement. I thrive in close collaborations where strategies are shaped through dialogue. In my work, I support companies across industries and stages of development, navigating both planned milestones and unforeseen events. Prior to Vero, I worked in audit at EY, primarily with listed companies. That experience allows me to combine a trained eye for numbers with the ability to translate complex facts into strategic, trust-building communication.

I joined Vero in January 2026 and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with focus on International Business and Marketing, from Uppsala University.

My background is in the financial markets, both as an equity analyst and a business journalist. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of how the market moves and what investors need in order to make well-informed decisions. I value clarity and believe that decisiveness and transparency are key to building long-term trust and sustainable relationships.

When many things happen at once, strategic communication truly makes a difference – both internally and externally. As project manager and advisor at Vero, I work closely with clients and teams in complex, time-sensitive situations as well as in long-term engagements.

I lead assignments within crisis communications and M&A, and I am always ready to step in operationally with responsibility for communications when needed.

I joined Vero in 2021. Previously, I worked as Communications Strategist at the City of Stockholm. I hold a degree in Strategic Communication from Lund University and have completed advanced project management training at Berghs School of Communication.

I work as Communications Consultant at Vero, with a particular focus on sustainability communications. In my role, I support companies across a range of sectors with sustainability reporting and ongoing advisory services, aiming to bring clarity, structure and credibility to complex sustainability matters. I am motivated by working at the intersection of communication, business and regulation, and I am used to helping clients navigate the right path even when the landscape is evolving.


I studied at Lund University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and Digital Media. I have also studied Political Science, with a focus on sustainability. As part of my studies, I worked at the South Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and most recently joined Vero from a compliance advisory firm, where I worked as a trainee focusing on ESG matters and risk management. I have been part of Vero since January 2024.

As a Senior Consultant and Partner at Vero since 2011, I have had the privilege of supporting companies across sectors, sizes and communication challenges. Over the years, this has also allowed me to build a strong and valuable professional network.

In my day-to-day work, I am driven by close collaboration with clients, where proactive advice and experience from previous assignments truly make a difference.

Before joining Vero, I held various roles at the equity research firm Redeye, which I co-founded and helped build from the ground up. I have also worked as a journalist at several of Sweden’s leading financial newspapers and studied economics at Uppsala University. Outside of work, I enjoy (almost all) sports.
