Thule Group AB (publ)’s Annual General Meeting was held today 29 April 2025. At the Meeting the following was resolved.
Thule Group delårsrapport, första kvartalet 2025, januari – mars
Första kvartalet Nettoomsättningen för kvartalet uppgick till 2 662 Mkr (2 420) vilket motsvarar en ökning med 10,0 procent, varav 12,7 procent från förvärvet av Quad Lock, -2,9 procent från organisk tillväxt och 0,3 procent från va-lutakursförändringar. Bruttomarginalen för kvartalet ökade till 44,8 procent (41,2). Rörelseresultatet för kvartalet uppgick till 401 Mkr (412), vilket motsvarar …
