Thule Group (publ) – Bokslutskommuniké fjärde kvartalet, oktober-december 2022

Fjärde kvartalet Nettoomsättning för kvartalet uppgick till 1 651 Mkr (1 846) vilket motsvarar en minskning med 10,6 procent. Justerat för valutakursförändringar minskade försäljningen med 21,0 procent. Rörelseresultat uppgick till 4 Mkr (190), vilket motsvarar en marginal om 0,2 procent (10,3). Justerat för valutakursförändringar minskade rörelsemarginalen med 11,5 procentenheter. Nettoresultat uppgick till -16 Mkr (154). …

Mattias Ankarberg appointed new president and CEO of Thule Group AB (publ)

Thule Group’s board of directors has today decided to appoint Mattias Ankarberg as the new president and CEO of the company. To secure a seamless handover, Magnus Welander will remain in his role until Mattias Ankarberg has finished his current role.
