Thule successfully completes its first bond issuance

Thule has issued a senior unsecured bond of SEK 1,000 million with a three-year maturity under the framework of its MTN program. Interest from investors was high and the transaction was oversubscribed 2.6 times.

The issuance is a floating-rate three-year bond amounting to SEK 1,000 million. The proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.

Danske Bank and DNB Carnegie have acted as financial advisers in connection with the bond issuance.
