Interest from investors was high and the transaction was oversubscribed 2.6 times.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mfn-body\">\n<p>The issuance is a floating-rate three-year bond amounting to SEK 1,000 million. The proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>\u201cWe are pleased to have completed our first issuance within Thule\u2019s recently established MTN program and we have seen a strong interest in investing in our bond.
