Thule Group AB (publ) has established a medium-term note program with a framework amount of SEK 5,000,000,000 (or the equivalent amount in EUR) to enable the issuance of unsecured bonds with a maturity of at least one year and a nominal amount of at least EUR 100,000 (or the equivalent in SEK)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

For the MTN program, Thule has prepared a base prospectus, which has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen<\/em>). The base prospectus is available on Thule's website and on the website of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.<\/p>\n

Danske Bank A\/S, Denmark, Sverige filial has been appointed as arranger of the MTN program and will, together with DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ), Nordea Bank Abp and Swedbank AB (publ), act as dealers. Advokatfirman Vinge KB has acted as legal counsel.<\/p>\n
